When my husband were planning our wedding, we were going through a hard time. We just welcomed our 1st child and a few short weeks later lost everything we owned. Our lives had changed so much since he proposed. Our perfect wedding went out the window. EVERYTHING was going wrong...except us. Being together was the only thing that was right in our lives. All of the chaos only made us love each harder. So we got married with what we had, and what we didn’t have. Love was all we needed. It was there and it was stronger than ever.
Our friends really came through for us. They/we refused to let our circumstances stop us from getting married. Everyone who attended helped or donated in some way. From cups, food, and a few even helped pay off my wedding dress the day before the wedding. Shout out to my family Marc N. & Gregory B.!
